The Social-Cognitive Science Lab is hiring!

Prospective Graduate Students
I am reviewing graduate student applications for the 2025-2026 application cycle (to begin Fall 2026)!
See our resource list for prospective grad students for tips on how to apply.
Get Involved in Research as an Undergraduate Student
There are several ways to get involved in research in our lab. You can apply directly to volunteer in our lab here, participate in Research Engagement courses in Psychology (300-level), Directed Studies courses in Psychology (400-level), or apply to do an Honours thesis with our lab through the Psychology or Behavioural Neuroscience Honours program. To learn more about opportunities at SFU, see our resource list for undergrad students.
Prospective Honours Thesis Students
If you would like to do an Honours thesis in the lab, please contact me in the Spring/Summer before your thesis year to set up a meeting. I will prioritize applications from students who are already involved in the lab as research assistants.
Postdoctoral Fellow
Let’s write a grant together if you’re interested in joining the lab as a postdoc. I’m also happy to provide guidance on writing applications for the SSHRC Postdoctoral Fellowships usually due in September.
